Terms of Service

1. The service

Eden Tally is an online, subscription-based tool that turns a renovation or self-build brief into indicativecost breakdowns, materials takeoffs, budget boards, a motion reel and exportable Budget Packs. It is a digital productivity tool delivered entirely online. There are no physical goods, shipping, on-site visits, inspections or installations.

2. Not certified quantity-surveying, cost or professional advice

Eden Tally is not a chartered quantity surveyor, cost consultancy, architectural, structural or surveying service. It does not issue formal cost estimates, bills of quantities (BoQ), tender documents or valuations for insurance or lending. All costs, quantities, contingencies and sequences are approximations that can differ materiallyfrom real quotes, supplier prices and site conditions. You must verify every figure with real quotations and a suitably qualified professional before committing spend or entering contracts.

3. No building-regulations, planning or safety determinations

The tool does not provide building-regulations, planning-permission or structural-safety judgements. Structural, gas, electrical and other regulated work must be designed and carried out by appropriately qualified and, where required, registered professionals, and approved by the relevant authorities. Nothing here replaces those obligations.

4. Not financial advice

Budget figures are for personal planning only and do not constitute financial, mortgage, lending or investment advice. Decisions about borrowing or affordability are yours; seek regulated advice where appropriate.

5. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 to use the service; if you are 13–17 you must have consent from a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the service.

6. Subscriptions, billing and allowance

• Plans are pure subscriptions billed in USD monthly or yearly. There are no credit packs or stored balances.
• Your monthly project allowance renews each cycle and does not roll over.
• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Cancellation policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the tool lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use policy. In particular, the tool does not procure materials, place orders, or collect or hold construction funds on your behalf.

8. Your content and our IP

You keep ownership of the briefs and dimension text you submit, and of the outputs generated for you, as set out in our Content License. The Eden Tally software, brand, design and templates remain our property. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but may update, suspend or discontinue features. We may amend these terms; material changes will be notified and the “last updated” date will change.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EDEN CONSULTING SOLUTIONS LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on indicative estimates. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Because outputs are indicative, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
