Refund & Cancellation

1. Subscriptions and renewals

Paid plans (Planner and Self-Build) are subscriptions that renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. Ballpark is free. All amounts are charged in USD by our payment processor.

2. Cancelling

• You can cancel anytime from your account or the customer portal, or by emailing support@edenconsultsool.shop.
• Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the current paid period.
• Your monthly allowance does not roll over, and unused allowance is not exchanged for a refund.

3. Refunds

• New subscriptions: if you have not run a paid estimate or exported a Budget Pack, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment.
• Renewals: if a renewal charged unexpectedly, contact us within 7 days and we will review a pro-rata or full refund of that renewal where the plan was not used in the new period.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges: refunded in full once verified.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via our processor and may take several business days to appear.

4. If a board or reel is not right

Because outputs are generated from your inputs, the first step is always to re-generate: adjust the brief, spec tier or trades and run the estimate again at no extra cost within your allowance. If a genuine technical fault prevents a board, reel or export from being produced, contact support and we will fix it or credit the affected period.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Where you begin using a digital service immediately, some withdrawal rights may not apply once generation has started, but we still offer the goodwill terms above.
