Acceptable Use

This policy sets the boundaries for using Eden Tally. It protects users and keeps the service within its purpose: an indicative estimating tool.
1. Permitted use
Use Eden Tally to plan and understand the likely cost, materials and sequence of your own renovation or self-build projects, and to export those results for your own planning and discussion.
2. No procurement, no fund handling
- The tool does not place orders, buy materials or procure services on your behalf. Shopping category lists are guidance only and do not point to any specific merchant.
- The tool does not collect, hold, escrow or pay out construction funds, deposits or contractor payments.
- Subscription allowance reflects service usage only. It is not money, credit or a withdrawable balance.
3. Not for regulated determinations
Do not rely on outputs as certified quantity-surveying, building-control, planning, structural, financial or legal decisions. Those must come from qualified professionals and the relevant authorities.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Uploading unlawful content, or content that infringes others’ rights or privacy.
- Submitting another person’s personal data without a lawful basis.
- Attempting to breach security, scrape at scale, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service.
- Using the tool to mislead others by presenting indicative figures as certified valuations or guarantees.
- Any use that is fraudulent, harassing, or otherwise illegal.
5. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. If you see misuse, contact support@edenconsultsool.shop.
